A passion for working with growth companies

I have a passion for start-ups and love to support exciting and ambitious founders and I lead the operational delivery of our smart finance function® team at flinder. I spent more than eight years at PwC in Assurance and then helped to create PwC’s small business solution, MyFinancepartner, where I worked predominantly with fast-growth businesses. I also spent time on secondment in industry so have first-hand experience of running finance operations.

Now Alastair and I have created a business that brings our experience and best practice in finance functions but tailored for fast-growth companies.

Making things happen

In my role as COO, I make things happen, from executing on the strategy to making sure everything runs smoothly across our entire client base. I evaluate and implement new technologies. I make sure your finance function, systems and processes are leading practice.

And making things happen doesn’t stop there - as a qualified ski instructor with a passion for skiing, I’m central to organising our annual ski event! In my spare time I am also a special constable, play football and of course when I can, I ski.
